Radhakrishnan, an expert in running F&A operations, process standardization, business process-reengineering, continuous improvement & quality, will be at the helm of Finance Pro 2.0, offering strategic & operational leadership to the organization. During his 30+ years’ experience in financial service operations, he has held senior leadership roles in several F&A outsourcing companies. In his prior roles, he has successfully transitioned multiple accounting projects across SME & large enterprises, and executed re-engineering projects to realize 8 million US dollars in saving in just 3 years. He has established quality measurement metrics, voice of customer mechanism to engineer continuous improvement of service quality, besides standardizing accounting processes, documenting systems & procedures to realize reduction in financial statement preparation cycle time by 6 working days.
Rajesh Gurumoorthy, COO & Head – Bangalore Operations
Rajesh, a successful first-generation entrepreneur founded & heads a successful insurance process outsourcing company for last 3+ years. He has 10+ years’ experience in financial services and is a seasoned outsourcing professional. He has held key roles previously across the outsourcing spectrum including pre-sales, transition & delivery. He has been instrumental in ensuring multi-million dollar contract signings for his employers, besides successfully transitioning and managing operational teams across various geographies and playing lead roles in transformational/process-reengineering projects. Rajesh has an MBA from Rollins College, Orlando, FL, with specialization in finance and international business. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from India.
Vijay Kumar Ramnarayan, CTO & Marketing Director
Vijay leads all of Finance Pro 2.0’s marketing efforts besides doubling up as the CTO. He has 14+ years’ experience in managing IT Infrastructure, Networking & Security solutions for various organizations. An expert in IT infrastructure and banking payment systems, he has extensive experience of Agile, Matrix Management, MSP, PRINCE2 (and derivatives) methodologies. He operates from UK, and besides being an independent contractor, he owns an IT infrastructure outsourcing company as well. Vijay has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, India. He also has a Six Sigma Green Belt.
