PRICING OPTIONS

We provide our customers various pricing options:

• PAY-AS-YOU-GO

  This pricing mechanism has been especially developed for organizations that are outsourcing for the first time and do not have any previous established base-lines. A price per hour is agreed for various tasks based on complexity, with a freedom to use our services for a certain number of hours every month. Once the relationship matures, parties can agree to transition to a more traditional pricing approach.

• HEADCOUNT-BASED

  A fixed headcount requirement is determined at contract signature, based on pre-determined annual workload. A fixed price per FTE is agreed up front with built-in inflation factors. Subsequent revisions to headcount or price per resource are effected through mutual agreement.

• TRANSACTION-BASED

  Annual volumes are base-lined across various process areas and a fixed price per transaction is agreed for different processes. Subsequent revisions to annual volumes or price per transaction are effected through mutual agreement.

• BLENDED HEADCOUNT-TRANSACTION APPROACH

  A fixed headcount requirement is determined at contract signature, along with a base-lining of annual volumes. A mechanism is built in to adjust the pre-determined headcount for any significant changes in annual volumes.
