SET-UP & DELIVERY MODEL

• Contract will be signed between ‘Client’, UK and ‘Finance Pro 2.0’, India (subject to UK legal jurisdiction)
• Service charges to be wired monthly (at end of month) directly to Finance Pro 2.0’s bank account in India
• There will be monthly reporting of all service levels & operational activity
• Weekly operational review for first 6 weeks of delivery – biweekly thereafter
• Monthly governance review for the duration of the contract
