SERVICE OPTIONS
We engage with our customers using one of the following models:
TERM ENGAGEMENT CONTRACTS
Term engagement contracts range anywhere between 1 year and 5 years, and typically include an automatic renewal clause as well, subject to both parties’ consent. When a prospective client has identified a set of regular recurring tasks that can be outsourced, a detailed statement of works, establishment of service levels and governance structure and agreement on infrastructure set-up and pricing typically follow, eventually culminating in a term contract.
SHORT-TERM PROJECTS
In certain cases, our clients may engage with us on a project-by-project basis throughout the year as opposed to a full-blown service contract. Rates are pre-determined and finalized through mutual consent.
PEAK SEASON SUPPORT
Some clients may experience significant spikes in workload during peak seasons. Hiring temporary staff is not always an option due to lack of adequate knowledge/experience. At the same time, hiring a full-time employee is not a cost-effective option. To service this specific need, we provide ‘piecemeal’ seasonal staffing support to augment existing workforce and enable our clients to scale up or down easily based on seasonal requirements.
TEMPORARY STAFF
For clients that are not comfortable with signing a service contract and want to merely take advantage of differential wage costs between geographies, we offer a ‘temporary staffing’ option wherein we undertake responsibility for hiring, training and infrastructure, without being eventually responsible for service levels or delivery.
